Jeffrey Stewart of Clarkston Consulting Selected as Top CFO Finalist in the Triangle Community
DURHAM, NC — October 30, 2009. Clarkston Consulting, a global management and technology consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Stewart was selected as a Top CFO Finalist by Business Leader Magazine in the category of Business Services. Mr. Stewart was chosen from over two hundred nominations due to his outstanding achievements within five categories as defined by Business Leader Media. These categories include: demonstrated firm leadership, successful execution of a financial strategy, demonstrated success in executing acquisitions or divestitures and leadership through community involvement.
Mr. Stewart has been the Chief Financial Officer for Clarkston Consulting since December 2000. In this role, Jeff is responsible for guiding the strategic financial and operational direction of the firm and its five subsidiary companies. Mr. Stewart also plays an integral part in supporting Clarkston’s growth in the life sciences and consumer products industries, and is responsible for Clarkston’s accounting, finance, contracts, and internal systems functions. Jeff holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Commerce from the University of Alberta in Alberta, Canada. Jeff is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, (AICPA).
