Richard (Rich) Feller — Associate Partner

Richard (Rich) Feller is an Associate Partner based in Clarkston’s west region.  He has over 18 years of experience in supply chain management, project/program management, IT systems implementations and operations, and client management.  He has broad knowledge of multiple industries, with particular focus in high-tech, consumer packaged goods, and life sciences.  He has led numerous successful SAP implementations and other large scale, global business improvement teams around the world.  He brings particular expertise in the areas of production planning, manufacturing operations, and service/call center management. 

Prior to joining Clarkston, Mr. Feller was employed with BearingPoint, where he served in a number of roles, most recently as a Managing Director in the UK office, where he helped executives at Fortune 500 manufacturing firms develop business and IT strategies and deploy technology solutions.  He previously held a variety of positions with The Clorox Company and Sutter Home Winery, where he managed new product commercialization teams, scheduled manufacturing production, implemented planning systems, and purchased and installed capital equipment.

Mr. Feller is a former member of the American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS).  He is the author of several white papers on topics such as ERP instance consolidation and collaborative metrics in extended supply chains.  He has worked in countries including:  UK, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Singapore, and Japan.

Mr. Feller graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
