Charles F. (Chuck Williams) — Partner

Chuck Williams is a partner based out of Clarkston’s New York office. Williams brings over 29 years of experience in developing information technology strategy, systems and processes in the consumer products, pharmaceutical, and entertainment industries. He has held numerous leadership positions, most recently as the first Chief Technology Officer at Pfizer, the world’s leading global pharmaceutical company.

Williams led the Pfizer information technology function in integrating the acquisition of Pharmacia, consolidating and standardizing the technology infrastructure globally, and adapting to Pfizer’s global scale. Prior to joining Pfizer, Williams served as Chief Information Officer at Georgia Pacific (now part of Koch Industries). Under his leadership, Georgia-Pacific successfully implemented the SAP enterprise resource planning system, integrated two large acquisitions, and won several awards for delivery of IT-enabled value and staff development. Prior to Georgia-Pacific, Chuck served in several leadership roles at the Walt Disney Company, including assignments to help open EPCOT Center in 1982, and Euro Disney in 1992.

Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and did post graduate work in business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He is currently a doctoral student in Organization and Leadership at Columbia University.
