Chris Seidler — Regional Managing Partner, Europe

Chris Seidler joined Clarkston Consulting in 1997 and serves as the regional managing partner for Clarkston Europe. He has over 16 years of extensive experience in planning and executing strategic business initiatives that lead to tangible benefits for his clients. These projects include ERP implementations, supply chain improvements, organizational design, and regulatory compliance initiatives. His expertise includes all phases of the life cycle including program and project planning, process design, system construction, change management, and training. Seidler has written articles and given lectures at the University of São Paulo in Brazil, the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and at the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Dupree College of Management on the subject of effective ERP implementations.

In addition to his client duties, Mr. Seidler holds leadership roles in several of Clarkston’s key internal programs. He is involved in the development of Clarkston’s Coherent Speed ™ methodology, serves as the chair of Clarkston’s Core Values Committee, and in 2006, he was appointed to lead and manage Clarkston’s firm-wide SAP practice.

Having lived and worked in Germany, Brazil, and the US for extended periods of time, and as a former director of professional services for the Brazilian subsidiary of SAP, Mr. Seidler has extensive international experience. He is fluent in German, Portuguese, and English. Mr.Seidler received his diploma in mathematics (M.S.) from the University of Aachen (RWTH Aachen) in Germany.
